Your subconscious mind controls up to 95% of your life.
What does this mean?
So, what else do you think and do on autopilot without thinking?
- I’ll never be strong.
- Money is hard to come by.
- I’m the funny one in the family, my sister is the smart one.
- When I’m honest, it makes people mad.
- I should always be dieting.
- The best way to make a point is through yelling.
- Relaxing is for lazy people.
- Failure is to be feared.
- Authenticity.
- Bravery.
- Financial success.
- A healthy, strong body.
- More calm and less anxiety.
Despite consciously working toward this lifestyle, your self-sabotage is automatic because it’s pre-programmed into your subconscious. You don’t yet have a subconscious belief system that will allow you to create space for the wins you’re working so hard for.
So, what limiting beliefs were programmed into your subconscious mind, before you were even old enough to choose your beliefs?
This is why no workout or nutrition plan will create lasting change in your body, and why I teach you to train your brain, first. Want proof that this works?
Destroy your limits.
There are a variety of ways to retrain your subconscious mind. Some of them include listening to binaural beats, hypnotherapy, meditation, and adopting habits that support new thinking.
How I do it.
After years of therapy, meditation, and exploration, I compiled all of my favourite tools in one morning practice that I’ve been using for years. Like everything, change doesn’t happen overnight. The subconscious mind takes time to retrain, so consistent dedication is key.
Rise + decide.
Every morning, after doing these simple things, my personal practice includes the following components:
- Movement.
- Breath.
- Gratitude.
- Affirmation.
- Visualization.
- Forgiveness.
- Kindness out.
- Kindness in.
I am still hosting my Rebel Mindset practice each morning at 7 AM ET live on Instagram, and you can watch it later by clicking the videos in my stories. Learn how to put the power of this practice to work in your life, and carve the path toward everything you dream for yourself and the world around you. Stay tuned, too, for more ways to dive deeper into our mindset practices. Coming Summer, 2020!
