Chocolate Fat Bombs.
It’s no secret that I love chocolate. As someone on a modified Low FODMAP eating plan, eating lots of it doesn’t work for me but I can indulge in little treats. This recipe is my go-to. It’s short and sweet and you don’t have to scroll past eleven photos, my life story, or endless pop-ups to get it.
Here she is!
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of almond or peanut butter.
- 1/4 cup unrefined coconut oil.
- 1/4 cup cacao powder.
- Maple syrup to taste.
- Dash of vanilla.
- Dash of good sea salt.
Make it happen:
Gently melt your coconut oil and nut butter over low heat in a small saucepan. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into silicone trays – ice cube or small muffin cups do the trick. Let set in freezer. I keep these in the freezer and grab one with my afternoon coffee!
